100,000 Watts: How KLSR Covers the Rolling Plains

February 10, 2024 · by Cade Winslow

Out here on the Rolling Plains, distances are long and towns are far apart. That is exactly why KLSR 105.3 FM runs a full 100,000 watts - the largest signal of any station in the area.

From the tower in Memphis, The Big Station reaches across Hall County and into the surrounding counties: Childress, Donley, Collingsworth, Briscoe, Motley, Cottle and Hardeman. Farmers hear the morning ag talk from the cab of a tractor, ball fans catch the scores on the drive home, and folks in town keep up with the Action File all day long.

One signal, one community

A big signal is only worth something if it carries something worth hearing. KLSR pairs that reach with live, local hosts: Joe Davis in the morning, Donna Davis through the late morning, and Dan Donavan in the afternoon, all playing today's country and the classics from The Rack in Back.

Can't pick us up on the dial? Stream live at www.klsr105.com or grab the free KLSR app and take the Rolling Plains with you anywhere.
